SHIPPING POLICY
At RaaRaa, we aim to provide reliable worldwide shipping. Please read the details below to understand how our shipping process works. By placing an order, you agree to the following:
Process Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During peak seasons or promotional sales, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Standard delivery times range from 2–4 weeks depending on your location. In certain regions or during high-volume shipping periods, delivery can take up to 50 days or more. Once your order has shipped, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. We cannot control delivery speed or guarantee exact arrival dates so it might take a time period!
Delays & Tracking
Shipping delays may occur due to customs inspections, international shipping congestion, or local postal service issues. RaaRaa is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact us at info@raaraa.ca. Orders delayed due to customs or carrier issues are outside our responsibility.
Costums, Duties, & Taxes
Prices on our website do not include customs duties, import taxes, or local VAT. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the customer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for customs delays or additional charges once the package reaches your country.
Orders Changes & Cancellations
Changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, orders cannot be changed or canceled as they are already being processed.
